Ingredients

  • 40ml Dilmah t-Series The First Ceylon Souchong
  • 20ml Gin
  • 5ml Grenadine

Methods and Directions

  • Brew 2g of tea in 100ml of hot water for 5 minutes and strain.
  • Pour the tea and Gin into a Cocktail Shaker.
  • Vigorously shake the ingredients with a few cubes of ice for 8-10 seconds.
  • Pour into a shot glass.
  • Pour Grenadine separately into the shot glass.
