- 200ml Dilmah Premium Ceylon Tea
- 75ml Malibu
- 4 tablespoons Fresh Cream
- 50ml Sugar Syrup
- Crushed Ice
Methods and Directions
- Brew the tea, strain and leave to cool.
- Put crushed ice in a Cocktail Shaker and add tea, sugar syrup, cream and Malibu.
- Shake well and serve.
