Ingredients
- 40ml Dilmah t-Series Nuwara Eliya Pekoe
- 20ml Grapefruit juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup (Coloured blue)
Methods and Directions
- Brew 2g of tea in 100ml of water for 5 minutes and strain.
- Add all the ingredients into a Cocktail Shaker with a few cubes of ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
- Pour into a champagne glass.
