Ingredients
- 1 litre water
- 1 litre milk
- 2 cloves
- 6 green cardamoms
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 30g black tea leaves
Methods and Directions
- Bring water and tea to the boil.
- Add spices and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and infuse for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
