Ingredients
- 60ml Dilmah Rose with French Vanilla tea
- 30ml Cointreau
- 30ml Finest Call Sour Apple
- 3 slices green apple
- 5g white sugar
- 200ml Mumm champagne
- 1 maraschino cherry
Methods and Directions
- Place all ingredients in a mixing glass and muddle.
- Double strain and pour in to a chilled martini glass.
- Top the mixture with champagne.
- Garnish with green apple slices and maraschino cherry.
