Ingredients

  • 60ml Dilmah Rose with French Vanilla tea
  • 30ml Cointreau
  • 30ml Finest Call Sour Apple
  • 3 slices green apple
  • 5g white sugar
  • 200ml Mumm champagne
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Methods and Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a mixing glass and muddle.
  • Double strain and pour in to a chilled martini glass.
  • Top the mixture with champagne.
  • Garnish with green apple slices and maraschino cherry.
