Ingredients
- 1 tsp Dilmah Single Estate Oolong Leaf Tea
- 220ml freshly boiled spring water, cooled to 80C
Methods and Directions
- Place the tea in the warmed teapot. Remember to add an extra teaspoon of tea for the pot.
- Pour the boiling water directly on to the tea.
- Stir well and brew for 3 minutes.
- Stir once more and strain.
- Serve in a teacup.
