Ingredients
- 180g sushi rice
- 50g fresh salmon
- 50g toro
- 50g wagyu beef
- 50ml mayonaise
- 5ml soya
- 1/2g wasabi
- 25g smoked salmon sauce
Methods and Directions
- Cook the sushi rice.
- Assmble sushi rice with fresh salmon on top.
- Assemble in the same manner, sushi rice with grilled wagyu beef and torro sashimi. Sandwich.
- Duo sushi served with mayonaise , soya and wasabi.
