• 45 ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
• 90 ml 1 tea bag Dilmah Earl Grey Tea in 220ml – brewed for 5 minutes. Let cool
• 30 ml Lemongrass & Jasmine light syrup (Dilmah tea hydrosol 2: 1 sugar)
• 10 ml Yuzu juice
• 2 Dash Orange bitter
• 2 Drop Saline solution

JW Black Spray - Garnish

• Lemon peel, earl grey powder, rose bud

Jasmine and Lemongrass Light Syrup

• 2 part Jasmine & Lemongrass hydrosol
• 1 part sugar

Jasmine & Lemongrass Hydrosol

• 400 ml Water
• 2 gr Dilmah Jasmine tea (1 tea bag)
• 2 gr Dilmah Lemongrass tea (1 tea bag)
• 1 stalk lemongrass
