First Step - Prepare Emerald Hill Celebration Green Tea CordialIngredients:
- 10g Emerald Hill Celebration Green Tea
- 800ml 70°C Water
- 250g Caster Sugar
- 2 bar Spoons Citric Acid
Brew the tea for 4 minutes in the water, add sugar and citric acid and stir properly until dissolved. Strain the mix and bottle it.
Emerald Cocktails Ingredients
- 30ml Colombo Gin
- 30ml Noilly Prat Dry
- 15ml Emerald Hill Celebration Green Tea Cordial
Methods and Directions
Put all ingredients into mixing glass, fill up with ice and stir. Strain into cocktail coupe and garnish with cucumber peel.Similar Recipes
