Ingredients
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Passion Fruit Puree
- 40ml Pineapple Juice
- Clarified Secret Herbs with Dilmah Elixir Of 40ml Ceylon Tea ( Black Tea With Rose & Vanilla Flavour )
- Secret Herbs Syrup
- 80g Coriander
- 60g Mint
- 30g Ginger
- 60g Cucumber
- 10g Red Chilli
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 5g Salt
Methods and Directions
- Clarified Secret Herbs with Dilmah Elixir Of Ceylon Tea (Black Tea With Rose & Vanilla Flavour)
- Heat the secret herbs syrup.
- Add 60ml of Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon Tea (Black Tea With Rose & Vanilla Flavour).
- Then add 0.5g of agar agar powder and stir until it dissolves.
- Let it sit and strain with a coffee paper filter.
- Shaken.
