Ingredients

  • 75ml Dilmah Italian Almond tea syrup (100ml/3 tea bags)
  • 30ml sugar syrup
  • 15ml egg white
  • Maraschino Cherries for garnish

Methods and Directions

  • Combine all ingredients together.
  • Proceed with shake and strain method.
  • Shake for at least 15-20 seconds to achieve good foam.
  • Serve in an old-fashioned glass.
