- 150ml Dilmah White Tea Ceylon Silver Tips
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 10ml Honey
- ½ Ripe Mango
- Roasted Cumin Seed
- Ice Cubes
Methods and Directions
- Brew the tea, strain and leave to cool.
- Puree the ripe mango.
- Add the tea, sugar syrup, honey, mango puree and a few cumin seeds into a blender and mix for about 30 seconds.
- Pour contents into a large Martini Glass and serve with ice.
