Mango Loco- 120ml Coconut and Mango infusion (5 minute brew, chilled)
- 2 scoops of lemon sorbet ice cream
- 10ml Cardamom syrup
- Sparkling water
Methods and Directions
- Add 2 large scoops of ice cream to the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the infusion and the syrup, gently stir.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a mango wedge and cardamom leaves.
