- 30ml White Rum
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Mint Leaves
- Crushed Ice
Methods and Directions
- Brew the tea, strain and leave to cool.
- Muddle the mint leaves.
- Mix all the ingredients and serve in an ice filled Highball glass.
