- 150ml hot Dilmah Moroccan Mint Green Tea
- 15ml sweetened double cream espuma
- 1 cocktail spoon castor sugar
- Coco powder for frosting
Methods and Directions
- Brew the tea for 5 minutes.
- Add the sugar into the glass and pour the brewed tea.
- Add a layer of double crème espuma and garnish with a mint sprig and coco powder.
