Ingredients
- 120ml Nuwara Elyia Tea (7g of tea extracted for 6 mins)
- 200ml Honey, Vanilla, Ginger and Cinnamon Syrup*
- 2 dashes Orange Peel infused Angostura
- 2 dashes Peychauds infused with Lemon Peel
Methods and Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a mixing glass, and serve garnished with an orange zest
- * Blend one thumb of ginger with 3 cinnamon sticks, two vanilla pods, 200ml honey and slowly simmer for 8 minutes
