- 45 ml Dilmah Ceylon Cinnamon Spice
- tea infused Arrack
- 20 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 20 ml homemade coconut syrup
- top up with Champagne
Methods and Directions
- Shake all ingredients other than Champagne in a shaker filled with ice.
- Strain into a halved coconut shell used as a cup placed inside a martini glass filled with freshly grated coconut.
- Top up with Champagne.
