Ingredients
- 15ml lime juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- 6 basil leaves
- 100ml Dilmah Peach, iced tea
- 2 orange peels
Methods and Directions
- In a cocktail shaker squeeze 1 of the orange peels and add all the ingredients, shake strong and double strain on fresh ice in a tall glass.
- Garnish with a basil sprig and a squeeze of the 2nd orange peel.
