Ingredients
- 75ml Dilmah Apple Tea
- 25ml Red Rum
- 10ml Apple Liqueur (Optional)
- 2 teaspoons Brown sugar
Methods and Directions
- Brew the tea, strain and leave to cool.
- Pour all ingredients with the exception of the brown sugar with a few cubes of ice into the Cocktail Shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 5-8 seconds.
- Add 2 teaspoons of Brown sugar and stir.
