- 40 ml double cream
- 20 ml pear juice
- 10 ml cinnamon syrup
Methods and Directions
- Shake all the ingredients vigorously in an ice-filled shaker for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a pear fan and serve with dark chocolate.
