Ingredients
- 60ml Talisker 10-year-old whisky
- 60ml Dilmah Blueberry & Pomegranate Tea syrup
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 20ml malt essence
- 2 tbsp blueberry jam
Methods and Directions
- Measure in all cocktail ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, secure the shaker and shake well until very cold.
- Double strain cocktail into martini glasses.
- Garnish with blueberry and mint leaf skewered with dried wheat stalks.
