- 50g duck breast
- 10g homemade spices powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 80g mushroom sauce
- 1 pcs English muffin
- Mozzarella cheese
Methods and Directions
- Marinate duck breast with homemade spice powder. Grill until medium well.
- Slice in to thin slices and place on top of an English muffin with mushroom sauce and mozzarella cheese.
