Ingredients
- 3oz chilled Dilmah Rose with French Vanilla Tea, brewed as per pack instructions
- 0.5oz espresso
- 1 pc dried orange peel (Chinese delicacy)
- 1 pc lime wedge
- (1oz = 29.5ml)
Methods and Directions
- Squeeze the lime wedge into a shaker.
- Add all the ingredients into it and shake well with ice.
- Strain into an espresso cup and serve with dried orange peel on the side.
