Ingredients
- 125ml chilled Dilmah Organic Elegant Infusion (strong brew, 5 minutes)
- 25ml biological apple juice
- 25ml honey
Methods and Directions
- Dissolve the honey in the freshly made Elegant Infusion, and chill it
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, and pour the apple juice slowly over the ice in the glass
- Pour the infusion gently over the ice cubes and fill the glass
- Garnish with apple slices and chamomile flowers
