Ingredients
- Crushed ice
- 50ml Dilmah Green Tea with Jasmine Flowers infused gin
- 50ml elderflower cordial
- 10ml freshly squeezed blood orange juice
- 8-10 leaves of fresh apple mint and peppermint, finely sliced
Methods and Directions
- Combine all the ingredients over crushed ice.
- Top up with sparkling water and garnish with flowers, mint sprigs and lime.
