The Dilmah Crusta
Ingredients
- 40ml chilled Dilmah Peach
- 40ml Maker’s Mark bourbon
- 10ml Cointreau/Triple sec
- 10ml Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 lemon
- Caster sugar
Methods and Directions
- Cut the edges of the lemon, clean the inside and fit the lemon inside a small wine glass
- Sugar-rim the skin of the lemon, and let it dry for several hours
- Shake the first 5 ingredients in a shaker and strain into the crusta glass
