Ingredients
- 20ml Campari
- 40ml Peach Vermouth
- 100ml Dilmah Yum Ceylon Tea W/ Forest Berry Carbonated
- 6 drop Saline Solution
- 60 ML Cinzano Rosso
- 20ML Elixir Black Tea w/Peach Flavour
- 10 ML Peach Syrup
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Bag Dilmah Yum w/Forest Berry Flavour
- 220 ML Hot Water
Methods and Directions
- Stirring/ Prebatch
- Combine all of the ingredients into the mixing glass, stir and pour it into the glass on ice, top with Dilmah Yum Ceylon Tea Carbonated and garnish it.
- Put all ingredients inside the pitcher, add Syrup and the Vermouth. Stirr to combine the mixture thoroughly.
- Firstly, Brew Tea 5 Minutes for Strong Brew. Chilling the tea. Put all of the ingredients into the soda sparkler and charge it with 1 pcs of soda sparkler. Mix it well.
