Ingredients

  • 20ml Campari    
  • 40ml Peach Vermouth    
  • 100ml Dilmah Yum Ceylon Tea W/ Forest Berry Carbonated    
  • 6 drop Saline Solution
Peach Vermouth  
  • 60 ML Cinzano Rosso   
  • 20ML Elixir Black Tea w/Peach Flavour   
  • 10 ML Peach Syrup   
  • Pinch of Salt  
Forest Berry Carbonated 
  • 1 Bag Dilmah Yum w/Forest Berry Flavour   
  • 220 ML Hot Water  

Methods and Directions

  • Stirring/ Prebatch     
  • Combine all of the ingredients into the mixing glass, stir and pour it into the glass on ice, top with Dilmah Yum Ceylon Tea Carbonated and garnish it.  
Peach Vermouth    
  • Put all ingredients inside the pitcher, add Syrup and the Vermouth. Stirr to combine the mixture thoroughly. 
Forest Berry Carbonated 
  • Firstly, Brew Tea 5 Minutes for Strong Brew. Chilling the tea. Put all of the ingredients into the soda sparkler and charge it with 1 pcs of soda sparkler. Mix it well.
