Ingredients
Sugar Water- 200g sugar
- 100ml water
- 500ml Rum Zacapa
- 65g Dilmah The First Ceylon Souchong Tea
- 1 orange peel
Methods and Directions
Smokey Old Fashioned- To create the sugar water, add the sugar together with the water.
- Boil at a temperature of 180C for about 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously
- Infuse the ingredients together for 6 to 10 days
- Pour 15ml of sugar water into an old fashioned glass.
- Add 40ml of the Ceylon Souchong infused rum to the glass.
- Stir and serve with a cube of ice.
